سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وضعت لكي يضمن العميل حقه في إعادة المنتجات بحال رغبته بذلك،
وحرص مناً على وضع العميل بالصورة سنوضح الألية والشروط والأحكام التي تخص متجرنا
الشروط والأحكام :
- لا يمكن استراجاع أو استبدال الكتاب بعد استلامه من شركة الشحن حسب نظام وزارة التجارة.
- في حال رغبتك بـ " إلغاء الطلب أو استرجاع المبلغ " وكانت طريقة الدفع " فيزا أو تحويل بنكي أو ويسترن يونيون " يستغرق استرجاع المبلغ 7 أيام عمل.
- في حال رغبتك بـ " إلغاء الطلب " وكان طريقة الدفع عن طريق " فيزا أو تحويل بنكي عبر المكاتب الخاصة أو ويسترن يونيون"
يجب ان يتم التواصل قبل شحن الطلب او تغير الحالة إلى " مكتمل"
- يضمن المتجر وصول الكتاب خالياً من العيوب ( تمزق - بقع - أخطاء في طباعة الصفحات) وإذا وجد عيب فللعميل استبداله أو استرجاع قيمته خلال 3 أيام
من استلامه للكتب من قبل شركة الشحن ولا يحق له الاستبدال أو استرجاع القيمة بعد هذه الفترة.
- في حال كان هناك خطاء من المتجر فسوف يتحمل المتجر جميع تكاليف الشحن والاستبدال بدون أي زيادة على العميل.
لضمان حقوقك يرجى أرسل رسالة عبر الواتس الرسمي خلال يوم واحد من استلام الطلب كحد أقصى.
قيمة الشحن (عند طلب المنتج) غير قابل للاسترجاع في حال استلم العميل المنتج.

The book cannot be returned or exchanged after receiving it from the shipping company according to the Ministry of Commerce’s system.
If you wish to “cancel the order or refund the amount” and the payment method is “Visa, bank transfer, or Western Union,” it takes 7 working days to recover the amount.
If you wish to “cancel the order” and the payment method is via “Visa, bank transfer via private offices, or Western Union”
Communication must be made before the order is shipped or the status changes to “completed.”
The store guarantees that the book will arrive free of defects (tears, stains, errors in printing the pages). If a defect is found, the customer has the right to replace it or get its value back within 3 days.
From receiving the books by the shipping company, he is not entitled to an exchange or refund after this period.
If there is an error on the part of the store, the store will bear all shipping and replacement costs without any additional charge to the customer.
To guarantee your rights, please send a message via the official WhatsApp within one day maximum of receiving the request.
The shipping cost (when ordering the product) is non-refundable if the customer receives the product.
